2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the destination:
- Metro cities: 2–5 days
- Non-metro cities: 4–7 days
- Remote locations: 7–12 days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.
4. International Shipping
If offered, international shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes must be paid by the recipient.
5. Delivery Attempts
For courier deliveries:
- Delivery partners usually attempt 2–3 times.
- For perishables (flowers, cakes), one attempt only.
Undelivered items due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Delivery refusal
will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
