Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
a) Before Processing
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order (if not processed).
- For personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once design/production begins.
b) After Processing
- No cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders that have entered production or shipping.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- Item delivered is damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Delivery failed due to our error
Refunds are not issued for:
- Incorrect delivery details entered by customers
- Recipient not available
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Personalized products due to their custom nature
- Perishable products (flowers, cakes, sweets)
3. Refund Deductions
Refunds, when approved, may be subject to:
- 10% deduction for bank & processing charges
- Deduction of shipping fees (if applicable)
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds take:
- 3–7 business days for wallet/UPI refunds
- 5–10 business days for bank/card refunds
Time may vary depending on payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
We may offer:
- Replacement of defective/damaged items
- Store credit of equal value (if replacement not available)
Replacement requests must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and personalized production reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized gifts
- Photo-based products
- Engraved/printed/custom designs
- Perishables (flowers, cakes, plants, sweets)
