Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order (if not processed).
  • For personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once design/production begins.

b) After Processing

  • No cancellations are allowed for confirmed orders that have entered production or shipping.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Item delivered is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Delivery failed due to our error

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect delivery details entered by customers
  • Recipient not available
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Personalized products due to their custom nature
  • Perishable products (flowers, cakes, sweets)

3. Refund Deductions

Refunds, when approved, may be subject to:

  • 10% deduction for bank & processing charges
  • Deduction of shipping fees (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds take:

  • 3–7 business days for wallet/UPI refunds
  • 5–10 business days for bank/card refunds
    Time may vary depending on payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

We may offer:

  • Replacement of defective/damaged items
  • Store credit of equal value (if replacement not available)

Replacement requests must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and personalized production reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized gifts
  • Photo-based products
  • Engraved/printed/custom designs
  • Perishables (flowers, cakes, plants, sweets)
